Mindful Mobility Workshop

Start the new year meeting your body and mind with a beginner´s mind and kindness in a hybrid Mindful Mobility workshop.

I am so excited to host this mindful mobility workshop with Lenka Svobodová on the 28th of January 2023. She is a stretch and flexibility coach, a quigong teacher and a certified fitness and mobility trainer. She will help participants explore their bodies, and I will guide them in meeting whatever they find with curiosity and self-compassion instead of judgement and self-critism.
